Studio Mariposa offers classes in:
EARTH----------- Yoga
WATER---------- Dance
AIR----------------------Pole
FIRE------------- Sensuality
SOUL---------Performance
Pole courses are offered in levels 1-5
1. Breezy: Most people starting out will begin with this course that introduces you to the pole. It allows you to become comfortable with moving around it and teaches mostly floor work.
2. Windy: This course will inspire the dancer to climb midway up the pole to perform moves holding and twisting in some more challenging positions.
3. Drafty: The third level allows the dancer to move vertically up the pole and back down with ease and adds a few different variations of climbing.
4.Fly: This level will incorporate some more acrobatic moves and teach transitionsfor smooth movements.
5.Sky : The 5th and final course will allow dancers to master the pole in it’s
entirety, learning every Pole move and receive a Certificate of Completion.
